So I got the idea to work on a recent drawing of Lloyd. I decided to draw him lighting up one of his kreteks. I tried to shade the different layers of his coat so that it would be more noticeable but it came out as a graphite mess. I also wanted to practice drawing hands and they've come out better than previously. I'm just not too keen on them still. The title came from me listening to the KMFDM album Symbols.

So I noticed in FutaFutaFutaClub that there was a drawing request posted by bustergundam4 of him and his OC Fighta. After messaging him I decided to work on it when I had some free time at work.

One of my friends had a birthday recently and I offered to draw something for her. She asked if I would draw her character from the Dystopia Rising LARP she'd be going to this weekend. The character is supposed to have glowing wrists and neck but I wasn't sure what patterns it would be in so I guess when she gets back I'll put up an updated version.

Birthday Musings

So my birthday was last Thursday and lately I haven't really been feeling up to doing much. I pretty much forced myself starting Sunday to work on a new drawing. It's of Lloyd and Weiss out for dinner on his birthday. I think it is really the only drawing I've done that shows him smiling.

I do plan on running it through my scanner at home so I can get the brightness up more but this is pretty much it. I made Lloyd's trench coat dual-shades of black. The lighter ones are supposed to be more like the canvas black of regular trenches whereas the dark layer is supposed to be closer to like a funeral director's black.
